Charles Maurice De Talleyrand-Perigord was born on Febuary the second 1754. The man who would become a powerful politician throughout all of Frances regime changes started his life at No 4 Rue Garanciere Paris.
Napoleon was to say of him that, 'Tallyerand is a philosopher, but one who knows when to bring his philosophy to an end oppertunely.'
