Thursday, 7 December 1815
On the 7th of December 1815 Marshal Michel Ney Prince of Moscowa Duke of Elchingen was executed by Royalist firing squad in Paris. His crime was treason.The last order he gave to French troops was the signal to fire. " I have fought 100 battles for France and not 1 against her....Fire !"
